Original Films
These first three films are forays into the land of contemporary silent film. Silent cinema can say
things that a language based film often can't. They're followed by two "talkies". To view these
films, you'll need to have QuickTime (a free download) installed on your computer, and a reasonably
fast internet connection. Click on a title to view a film.
Modern Life - 6 minutes

slipping away, and some peculiar things that happen each night while they sleep. It has won

Fine Dining - 7 minutes 42 seconds
A homeless waif stumbles upon a parallel hobo universe, an exagerated world that mirrors our
own, with surrealistic accuracy. Fine Dining is built on an original piano score, and shot on 35mm
color film with an antique, hand-cranked camera. No electricity was used in its production. This film
won best short at the MoondanceFilm Festival and was also featured at the Mill Valley Film Festival.
Violin - 7 minutes 51 seconds
The town sweeper has a secret life, a new talent, and a very strange lover. Shot on location in
San Miguel De Allende, Mexico, an original piano score provides the emotional dialog in this
unusual retelling of an ancient tale.

cinematography by Pablo 2000.
The Eye of Rudra - 9 minute extended trailer
